Marked 925 Silver, these Beautiful Marcasite drop earrings are in good vintage condition. Measuring approximately 1 and 3/8" from top to bottom and approximately 1/2" across at the widest part, these beauties have a black stone inset -- onyx or obsidian.
These earrings likely passed through the hands of skilled craftsmen who meticulously set each stone and polished the silver to perfection. These vintage pieces harken back to the Art Deco and Art Nouveau periods, where intricate detailing and geometric designs were en vogue.
